Good customer service skills
Ability to work well with faculty,
staff, students, and co-workers
Punctual attendance for assigned

Use of Computing Policy
Lab/Classroom Staff:
Lab Assistants
L1: Basic knowledge
of computer operations and/or basic A/V equipment operations; basic knowledge
of
software applications; demonstrated internet skills; ability to
install and upgrade software/hardware
as directed;
responsible for cleaning of equipment; know who to contact for problems/where to direct
clients for additional help; assists in checking out equipment and/or resources; other duties as assigned.
Avg. Hours: 10 - 30/wk
Position Classification: Student Wage
Brief Description:
This is a customer service help desk
position.
Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft
Office, Internet is required.
