Events Support

Classroom Technologies, as a secondary mission, supports co-curricular, extra-curricular, public relations, and student activity events that advance the educational mission of George Mason University. Classroom Technologies only supports events within the classroom spaces that it officially supports. Events support consists of the scheduling, setup, and support of equipment for an event.

Please review the Classroom Technologies Events Policy and Fee Schedule before scheduling your event. The Event Rate and Notice Required decision trees (PDF) will also be helpful for you in planning your event.
